Part of the Fino Collection, this sanitary disposal unit is fabricated from durable, satin-finish stainless steel. Its seam-welded body, minimalist lines, and concealed mounting hardware create a clean, contemporary aesthetic. The self-closing disposal panel keeps contents discreetly covered, while the flush-mounted door—equipped with a recessed lock—allows secure access to the removable 0.8-gal. (3.0-L) leak-proof receptacle for quick and efficient maintenance.

MATERIALS:
Cabinet — 18-8, type-304, 18-gauge (1.2mm) stainless steel with satin or matte black finish, as specified. All seam-welded construction with well defined edges and corners. Cabinet is connected to backplate via a hinge at the unit’s rear bottom. Cabinet-swing-limiter allows cabinet to open for ease of servicing the waste receptacle and prevents cabinet from contacting the wall or toilet when opening. Equipped with a tumbler lock keyed like other Bobrick washroom accessories. Lock is on top of unit and flush with the surface – no protrusion.

Back Plate — 18-8, type-304, 20-gauge (0.91mm) stainless steel.

Disposal Panel — 18-8, type-304, 18-gauge (1.2mm) stainless steel with satin or matte black finish, as specified. Bottom edge hemmed for safety. Secured to cabinet with spring-loaded, full-length stainless steel piano-hinge. Equipped with international graphic symbol identifying sanitary disposal.

Waste Receptacle — Leakproof, rigid molded polyethylene. Removable for servicing. Capacity: 0.8-gal. (3.0-L)

OPERATION:
Unit is equipped with a self-closing panel covering the disposal opening. Disposal is emptied by opening the cabinet with furnished key and removing waste receptacle.

5-Year Limited Warranty — Bobrick extends a limited 5-year warranty from the date of purchase on all parts for model B-9254. This warranty is limited to the repair or exchange of defective parts at the option of Bobrick and is only extended to the original owner of the installed unit against defects in factory workmanship or material under normal use and service.

INSTALLATION:
For partitions with particle board or other solid core, secure with four #8 x 1-1/4" (4.2 x 32mm) sheet metal screws (not furnished), or provide through-bolts, nuts, and washers. For hollow core metal partitions, provide solid backing into which sheet metal screws can be secured. If two units are installed back-to-back, then provide threaded sleeves and machine screws for the full thickness of partition.

For plaster or dry wall construction, provide concealed backing to comply with local building codes, then secure unit with #8 x 1-1/4" (4.2 x 32mm) sheet metal screws.

For other wall surfaces, provide fiber plugs or expansion shields for use with #8 x 1-1/4" (4.2 x 32mm) sheet metal screws, or provide 3/16" (5mm) toggle bolts or expansion bolts. Replacement Parts: Waste Receptacle Replacement 9254-20
