Make your van the ultimate adventure machine with Van Compass 2023+ Mercedes Sprinter AWD 3500 - Stage 6.3 Dually 2" Lift System - Mid/Heavy Tune. It delivers top-tier adjustability, capability, and off-road performance for heavy adventure vans, conversion builds, and passenger vans. Designed to provide a true 2" lift while maintaining factory suspension integrity, this system gives you the clearance, tire fitment, and stability needed to conquer any terrain.
At the heart of the Stage 6.3 Dually system is the innovative Striker 2" Lift Kit, engineered to carefully preserve the original suspension geometry. This ensures that your van retains its factory handling, stability, and ride comfort even after gaining a taller, more aggressive stance. The added clearance dramatically improves approach, break-over, and departure angles, making room for larger tires and expanding your off-road capabilities.
The system features VC-tuned Falcon 3.3 Adjustable Shocks at all four corners. With 10 intuitive firmness settings controlled by the large Fast Adjust knob, you can quickly dial in your preferred ride quality—from soft and compliant for rough trails to firm and stable for highway driving. The wide adjustment range ensures the shocks are adaptable to multiple driving modes and load conditions.
The Opti-Rate rear leaf spring pack restores lost ride height, corrects sag, and is specifically designed to accommodate a wide range of rear axle weights. Maintaining factory wheel positioning and suspension geometry, the Opti-Rate pack improves up-travel and stability under heavy loads. Glide pads and included U-bolts ensure quiet operation and a quick, easy installation.
Rounding out the kit are progressive foam Bump Buddy replacement jounce bumpers, which replace the factory rubber stops. These upgraded bumpers provide better spring curve progression, reduce sway, and improve bottom-out resistance without introducing clunking or harshness.
